- What material are Cybelles jewelry made of?
Cybelles jewelry is made of 100% 925 silver certified by an AG 925 hallmark. The stones are zircons.
- How do I take care of my Cybelles jewelry?
Although silver is not sensitive to water, we recommend that you do not wear your jewelry during your showers / baths or other activities such as the swimming pool or the sea. Avoid any contact with perfume or any other product that may attack your jewel. Note that perspiration can cause discoloration of colored jewelry, it is a natural oxidation considered normal wear.

- Can I cancel or modify my order?
Due to the automated ordering process, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order after payment has been made. You can benefit from the right of return within 14 days if your order does not suit you. - How do I take care of my jewelry?
As much as possible, avoid wearing your jewelry when you do housework, when you garden, when you play sports and when you go into water (salt or chlorinated). Your jewelry can be stored in a jewelry box, a pouch or even in its cardboard gift box.
Please remove your jewelry before going to bed and taking a shower.
Perfume or hairspray can dull the shine of jewelry and dull its shine. We recommend putting on perfume, hairspray or other cosmetics before putting on your jewelry.
Perspiration can alter the coloring of certain jewellery, this is normal wear and tear.
Silver is a tough material that will only be impacted by water. That said, we advise you to avoid swimming in order to preserve its brilliance and the solidity of the stones.
