Guarantee

 Cybelles jewels are guaranteed nickel-free and made only of 925 silver. They are certified with an AG 925 hallmark as well as a maker's mark in accordance with Swiss legislation.

• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. For example: clasp defect.

• Any warranty is excluded in the event of loss of products, misuse or negligence on the part of the customer. Do not put in contact with water or perfume at the risk of losing shine or golden, pink, black etc. coloring.

• The warranty is valid when the product is returned by the customer at his expense in the original packaging. Before the return, the customer warns Cybelles by e-mail: info@cybellesbijoux.com so that the company accepts the return.

• Cybelles carries out a control on the jewel and reserves the right to refuse the refund or the repair (cf. CGV)

• The warranty does not apply if a third party has modified the product.
