Cybelles offers different products on the site. They are always accompanied by a descriptive text and one or more photographs.

Availablity

Our products are offered within the limits of available stocks. No restocking planned.

However, in case of unavailability of products after validation of the order, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible. The buyer can then cancel the order and will be refunded no later than 30 days from the date of payment.

Price

The prices indicated on the site are in Swiss francs. Cybelles is not subject to VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

The prices indicated do not take into account the delivery costs which will be notified and added at the time of the validation of your basket. The delivery costs correspond to the current rates of La Poste and the cost of packaging.

The price of the product covers the product as well as a cardboard gift box placed in each package.

Cybelles may, at any time, modify the selling price of its products, particularly in relation to the economic situation.

Prices not negotiable

Conditions for placing an order

You declare:

Payment

Payments for customer purchases can be made by:

Cybelles offers the customer payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) to pay for his order. The customer accepts that his account will be debited with the total amount due at the time of the order.

If the purchase is made via the site, an e-mail is sent to him with the payment information. If he contacts Cybelles via a social network, a message will be sent to him with the information. In this case, the customer agrees to make the payment via the Twint application. His order is reserved for him within 24 hours in the event of non-payment exceeded this deadline, the order is canceled and the items are put back on sale.

Once the transaction has been completed, the order is accepted by Cybelles and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Benefits and risks

Delivery and Delivery Charges

Terms:

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. Please enter your data correctly. Cybelles cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In this context, all costs incurred for the possible reshipment of an order will be borne by the customer.

In the event of a foreseeable delay, an e-mail will be sent to the customer's e-mail address to inform him of a possible consequence on the delivery time which has been indicated to the customer.

The company generally ships worldwide. Any taxes (in particular customs fees or foreign VAT), will be the responsibility of the customer (see "customs taxes"). Delivery costs will be indicated when confirming the order.

Cybelles undertakes to pack and protect the goods to be shipped as well as possible, but is in no way held responsible for damages, losses, or thefts which may unfortunately occur during delivery, these being the responsibility of the service of transportation.

Time limit:

Shipments (i.e. deposit at the Swiss Post) are made within 3 to 5 working days after ordering.

Border taxes

Any customs fees and taxes, which differ depending on the country (excluding delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein), are the responsibility of the customer and are at his expense, in addition to the amount of his order and the shipping and handling costs. packaging. Guarantee

Cybelles jewelry is guaranteed for 6 months for the frame, pendant and component as well as one year for the stones . The customer contacts Cybelles at info@cybellesbijoux.com with the mention "frame guarantee" before returning the product.

Excluded from the warranty are damages related to improper use, lack of precaution, accident, loss or normal wear and tear (such as loss of gold and pink color). Examples: torn chains or bracelets, bent, crushed or dented items, part that loses its color, this list is not exhaustive.

The warranty expires if unauthorized third parties carry out repairs without the consent of Cybelles.

In case of exercise of the right of guarantee, at choice, Cybelles will proceed to the refund of the amount of the goods on an account of which the customer will indicate the coordinates to us, or the customer, can obtain a gift voucher corresponding to the amount of the price of the product or the exchange of the product (within the limit of available stocks).

A 1 year guarantee applies to the stones. If a stone or several fall the customer informs the company by e-mail to info@cybellesbijoux.com with the mention "guarantee stone" in the title of the e-mail.

Note that the jewelry should not be put in contact with water or perfume or any other liquid at the risk of damaging the stones.

Gold, pink or colored jewelry may lose color on contact with perspiration, this wear is considered normal and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Specifics and warning:

Cybelles jewels are not toys. They are not suitable for use or handling by children. Please do not leave available to children. A choking or strangulation hazard exists.

Cybelles cannot be held responsible in the event of an incident.

The guarantee cannot be applied in the event of breakage linked to handling by a child.

Non-compliant products

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by the Civil Code.

In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged (within the limit of available stocks) or refunded.

All products returned on grounds of non-compliance / defects will be checked by Cybelles. They must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories). Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

14 day right of return

We grant a right of return within 14 days of the arrival of the package. Your right of return applies if the following conditions are duly met:

- The product is in perfect condition, neither worn nor damaged
- Returns in the original packaging intact (including all the elements), with the invoice.
